TotalSquash Summer Camp 2024

This is a week never forgotten. Five and a half days full of court time with expert tuition, and fun activities filling in the gaps.

This is a residential or non-residential camp - the choice is yours

Our marvellous camp has been going for over 10 years now!

Players arrive on Sunday 21st July afternoon, where they are met by the coaching team (and hosts if they are residential) before getting straight on court with some conditioned games to break the ice, for the camp to start to bond, and for the coaches to start to understand the strengths and weaknesses of this year's players.

Following this, we have games night where the campers are split into 2 teams, which they will be in all week, and they embark on a series of challenges, including the legendary egg-throwing contest.

Monday see's the start of the focused on court sessions, which over the week will look at all facets of the game including winning the length battle, taking the ball early and controlling the T, attacking into the front of the court, as well as defending all areas.

Each day there are two on court sessions, and an evening activity, except for THursday wgen we give the players a little rest in the afternoon, with a bonus activity.

The days start at 9.45am and finish at 4.30pm, when the players return home for some food, before coming back to the club or venue, for the evening activity. Past evening activities include golf, cricket, bowling, kayaking to name a few.

Finally on Friday, we finish with a team match and a presentation.

It truly is an amazing week, which I don't mind admitting leaves me slightly emotional at the presentation. Our goal is for the players to have the time of their lives, leave better players than they arrived, and to leave better people than when they arrived too!
